One of the important goals of therapy is to reconnect with your body where emotion resides. By making the connection between your body and feelings, you would connect to the resources from the deep unconscious. We explore your emotions through symbolic work including Jungian sandplay therapy, expressive art work, and dreams. I will facilitate your individuation process.
Psychotherapy is collaborative. Once a safe environment is provided, people find strength to realize their possibilities and discover their own solutions. My therapy is meant to activate your capacity for healing from within.
